Pathogen Information
Anthracnose is casue by the fungal genus of Colletotrichum however, Apiognomonia and Gnomonia are commonly associated with it due to having similar symptoms.

Prevention Methods
- Avoid overhead irrigation
- Maintain proper plant spacing
- Remove and destroy infected plant debris
- Use disease-free seeds and resistant varieties
- Mow yard while grass is dry
- Keep leaves dry and improve air circulation
