History
With such a wide variety of mushrooms it would be impossible to cover all of them and there uses on a single page. Every culture around the world had begun consuming mushrooms for one reason or another. the native american used them to connect with the spirit world but this was halted during the spanish inqesition.

Growing conditions
Sunlight

Mushrooms do not require light to grow as a mycelium
Mushrooms need defused light during there fruiting period
Temperature Range

55F-85F
80% humidity and above
Soil Conditions

Mushrooms do not require soil just an oragnic medium and a substrate
Some types require a particular type of wood chip for growth
Water

keep soil moist with a high humidity
Aviod overwatering light mist substrate

5-0-0
thoruoghly mix compost in to the substrate

Plant care
Sowing Seeds
Mushrooms are incoculated and need a moist and organic substrate. Coat the substarte with the mycilllum liquid and place in a dark area.
Germination
"Germination" can be depended on they type some can take as little as 2 weeks to fill the substrate. Others can require a trigger event before they can start.
Pruning
Inspect the culture for any slimy brown parts. if you seem or smell anything do not plant the batch. Remove it from the sterile area and discard the scraps.
Harvest
harvest mushrooms when they have reached a desidered size. A healthy culture can be harvest for a few weeks before it dies off
Growing Tips
Keep an sterile enviornment to prevent the growth of any unwanted fungi and bacteria.
Mushrooms do not require much light if any. Grow them in a low light area that does not get much natural light
