History
Rosemary has long held a cerimonial purpose from the egyptians using it in funerals and religious ceremonies and greeks would wear it to help with memory. In the 14th century it had become a main ingedeant in purfumes and has held a strong use in culinary from season meats such as lamb, pork and chicken it had also been used in italian style cuisine.

Plant care
Sowing Seeds
Scatter seeds across the surface and gently press then in to the soil
Germination
Seeds and take 2 to 4 weeks to germinate, keep soil moist during this time.
Pruning
Cut spent flowers back 2 to 3 inches about the woody stems. If you harvest rosemary do this in the spring.
Shape the bush and and cut back the the green growth to prevent woody legs from forming.
Harvest
harvesting should be done throughout the summer and fall. cut back the flowers to encourage new buds to form throughout the year.
